   While the food was delicious and the experience and service was amazing, the food portions is definitely small. Nonetheless, great food.

   Overall this was disappointing. Food taste was ok, not great, and several dishes were cold. The beef Wellington was amazing as was the Mac and cheese. Service was fantastic. Just not worth the price ($450 for table of 5 with no drinks at 3 pm). Glad we went but we won’t be back.

   Never has a dining experience left us so disenchanted from the contemporary American dining experience. Visitors from all over come to Vegas to spend their hard-earned money to enjoy and luxuriate and we cannot emphasize how much we do not recommend Hell’s Kitchen as an establishment where they should patronize. We ordered their recommended dishes of Lobster Risotto, Beef Wellington, along with 2 salads, steak tartare, pork belly, and potato purée. All of the ingredients in the dishes gave the impression that they had been prepared a week beforehand and left out in the cold, the meat of the beef Wellington even had an off taste to it. The ways in which each dish were bad were so widely varied that it could be described as incredible. Dishes were either unsalted, over-salted, undercooked, or just plain foul. We have had nothing but good experiences at Gordon Ramsay’s other restaurants but this wanton lack of care and discipline coming from the kitchen makes us hope that some reflection and modifications can be made accordingly. Truly, heartbreakingly disappointing.

   “A Perfect Dining Experience at Hell’s Kitchen” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we walked into Hell’s Kitchen, it was clear this would be a night to remember. The atmosphere perfectly captured the energy of the show—modern, vibrant, and exciting. We were seated promptly at a table with a great view of the open kitchen, where the chefs worked like a well-oiled machine. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive but not intrusive, ensuring our drinks stayed full and every course arrived at the perfect pace. Now, onto the food: it was flawless. The signature Beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked with a buttery, flaky crust and tender, flavorful beef. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy, while the sticky toffee pudding ended the meal on a high note. The attention to detail in every aspect, from plating to presentation, was outstanding. It’s clear the team here takes pride in delivering a memorable experience. No drama, no hiccups—just exceptional food and service. Hell’s Kitchen exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

   The best dining experience we have ever had. The restaurant is run like a machine and it's beautiful. If you watch The Bear it's like that level of fine dining and 100% worth the money and experience. Make a reservation.

   Food was not the quality it has been in the past. Service was poor at front desk and with bus staff. The experience felt very rushed, like their goal was to flip the table. Did not feel like a higher level dining experience like it has on prior visits.

   I have been twice already. The Beef Wellington was beyond excellent. The branzino was very delicious, and the sticky toffee pudding was an experience you have to have!

    The food was absolutely outstanding. The service was also fantastic! It was a bit loud in the lobby which made it a bit hard to hear when they called your name for a table but otherwise, it was perfection!
