Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas pulls themes from all of Gordon Ramsay’s ventures incorporating the Hell’s Kitchen show, his signature items, his fiery personality and his overall brand to deliver a unique new restaurant. In order to create the experience the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink.

Food would have been amazing if it was Hot. Risotto cam out Luke warm and steak the same. Not one to send things back but should have considering the price. Steak was the same had to eat it fast before it was cold. Main came out before appetiser plates wee cleared. Was given 2 free desserts beacause two course just luke warm but would rather have had credit. Not sure would have passed Gordon’s standards

Overall experience was great. Food was VERY flavorful, seasoned well, Juicy and tasted phenomenal. I took off a star because the food was not hot but Luke warm and I prefer my hot food to be HOT. The wait staff did a good job taking care of us. Our favourites were the lobster rossetti, the scallops and the lamp chop. We also had the beef wellington and the mac and cheese. Those item were good but the stand out items were the Juicy lamp chops and oh so good lobster and scallops. The dessert was very good as well. Not too sweet. Overall excellent experience.

Beef Willington and scallop is a must. The octopus is cooked just right. The lemon cheese cake is also very good without being too cheesy.

We shared some Mac and cheese, my husband had the lobster risotto, he had Salmon and I had the short rib and we finished off with their signature dessert. Always a great meal. Our server was great as well.
