   Food was very good and prepared very quickly. The manager was working the room very well and tending to tables as needed. Our server, Lauren, was very polite and all smiles. But she was scarce at best. I had to wait 15 minutes for a water refill and also cocktail service, more than once. For a $300+ bill for two people, I expect far better service. We love the Hell’s Kitchen show and have the upmost respect for Gordon Ramsay. But the novelty being sold at the Atlantic City location is certainly a one-time experience.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and layout of the restaurant stood out—inviting, stylish, and perfectly aligned with the high standards you’d expect from a Gordon Ramsay establishment. Watching the open kitchen in action added an element of excitement, making the meal feel like a true culinary event. Our evening was made even more special by our server, Mike. He was incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. His recommendations were spot on and elevated our entire meal. From appetizers to dessert, Mike ensured every dish we selected was a hit. His warm demeanor and impeccable service made us feel like VIPs. The food, of course, was phenomenal. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, a testament to the skill and precision of the kitchen team. Combined with the ambiance, Hell’s Kitchen Atlantic City is a must-visit for food enthusiasts or anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to return, and we’ll be asking for Mike to make sure our next visit is just as extraordinary! Highly recommend.

   Exceptional professional service! JOE DONNA AND CATHY were our dream team servers. Perfect and Satisfying portion sizes 👌 Was able to treat HIM for less than 200$ to 2 entrees, a starter, and shared side for NYE 2025. Wonderful date night. Thank you!

   My brother and I came to try out a dish we have been wanting to try for years, the beef Wellington! The dish was expensive but worth trying. My brother also ordered the lobster risotto and really loved the dish. We both would like to return to try other menu items and to order the lobster risotto again.

   The decor, service and food was all top-notch. Highly recommend the crispy skin salmon and pineapple carpaccio. If you can, I would also suggest sitting near the kitchen for more of an experience.

   Excellent Meal! Excellent Service! Very friendly and courteous staff. The Caesar salad was excellent. It was presented well. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the macaroni and cheese was incredible! Will definitely return!

   Check in was easy. We barely waited. The waitress was kind and knowledgable of the menu and she came to check in on us many times. Food was amazing. We shared the scallops and Ceasar salad and both ended up ordering the beef Wellington, which was cooked to perfection. Decor was very tasteful and fun. Would definitely go back just to try something different on the menu, which is hard because I always want the Wellington.

    Our dining experience was exceptional, and the prix fixe menu lived up to all our expectations from watching the show. The risotto was our absolute favorite, closely followed by the decadent sticky toffee dessert. The "Gordon's Notes" cocktail was another highlight. The service was outstanding. Hailey, along with the entire floor team, was friendly, informative, and highly professional, ensuring every aspect of the meal flowed seamlessly. There was room for improvement with the hosting experience. Despite arriving promptly for our 4 PM reservation, with only one other couple ahead of us, we were kept waiting while three hosts engaged in conversation. Once seated, we were placed in the middle of the restaurant, far from the kitchen, with one chair facing the kitchen and the other with its back to it. For a special anniversary reservation and being only the second couple of the evening, we anticipated a more thoughtful seating arrangement and no delay in being seated. Overall, the food and service more than made up for this minor hiccup, but a smoother greeting experience would have made the evening flawless.
