Daniel I think his name was he was truly amazing. Explained everything on the menu that could be made gluten free. They really cared about our allergies. They even came out to say happy birthday to my 3 year old who is now begging to go back. Thank you for the wonderful visit we will be back.

The food as a base was amazing, our waiter was kinda, patient, and very friendly as well as knowledgeable. The appetizer to desert was amazing, I’d highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

Food was flavorless and dry. We got the bone in ribeye for $100 and it had no seasoning and was dry. Also got the halibut, was also flavorless and way over cooked. Potato puree also tasted very bland. It needed to be seasoned. The staff was the only bright spot. Waitress and her assistant were friendly and offered top of the line service.

Our serving team, led by Blaze, was fantastic. The food was beyond subpar for the price. I’ve been to a dozen GR restaurants, and I’m really rooting for this one to improve. The lobster risotto had one of the best bites of lobster ever, but the risotto was dry and caked together like it had been sitting (which is impossible since the kitchen had just opened!). The $140 seafood tower was paltry, and included overcooked lobster and uninspired cracked crab. While the mussels and clams were good, it was just $12 of seafood served on a pretty, tiered plate. The beef Wellington costs as much as at GR Steak at Harrahs, yet was a 4oz filet, about 1/2 the size of their sister restaurant in the same city. The scallops were beyond mid, the beef tartare was not chopped cleanly and lacked crisp flavor. The dessert was delicious and an excellent portion size, but the sticky toffee here does not come with the crème anglaise that they serve at other GR properties. On the positives, Brussels sprouts were fantastic. Demi glacé with the Wellington was delicious. Mac and cheese was better than last time, but still not up to the requested price point. But skip all potato sides - the kitchen turns them all into gummy messes! If you’ve been to the Vegas location, set your sights significantly lower here. Not a good look for the corporate brand to remain so subpar year after year.

Fabulous meal start to finish. The lobster risotto is a must, we couldn't get enough! I don't eat brussel sprouts however I did here and loved them (although we agreed very al dente) and my filet was the best we've had. Beef Wellington was fabulous also but both agreed the filet was superior. Only thing we did not care for as little too bland for us was the potato gratin however, the sticky toffee bread pudding made up for it and then some - we would drive down just for that! Excellent overall and look forward to trying something new next time
