    Food was very mediocre. Service wasn’t good β€” server was very green and told us she was still in training on a Saturday night for a 6 person party…? Server didn’t know the price of anything. (Bottles etc. either). Asked to see if we could book a karaoke booth three times to hostess and server and they said they’d let me know. Never did. Really disappointed.

    Incredible service, amazing staff, and fantastic food! Perfect for a date night. Sat near the window and was able to enjoy the christmas lights from inside!

    We decided to try Hello Sunshine for my girlfriends birthday, and it did not disappoint! The sushi was absolutely amazing, it came super fast! The drinks were original and crazy good as well. Our server Jack was attentive, understanding, and an all around great guy to converse with. He also brought out a cake, which I suspected would happen when i selected birthday on the reso, but he kept a good secret! Service and food was the best I have had in Banff!

    We ordered the chefs tasting menu, and overall it was underwhelming. Best course was the first and worst was the dessert. Service was excellent and description of each course was informative. we will definitely try ordering off the main menu next time.

    Loved everything about this place!! You can’t and should not pass on this place!! We went for happy hour and enjoyed a variety of rolls, ramen bowl, bao buns, sake flights and cocktails! One of my most favourite restaurants I have visited!

    The food is pretty average to be honest. It’s not bad, but it’s not wow either. The interior of the restaurant is great and the service is great. I just wish the food is on par with the atmosphere…
