   Great service with a waitress that always came to check on us multiple times throughout our meal without being overbearing or cutting into conversation. Food was very warm when served and seemed fresh. For the price I’ve had better chicken and better ribeye at other places but overall atmosphere and the wide selection of drinks and whiskeys makes up for it. Overall nice place and would eat there again but only on some sort of special occasion.

   From the moment, I walked in it was a great dining experience for my wife and I. The hostess found our reservation, waitress - who was in her first days - was exceptional and knew the menu very well, the entree was excellent. Of course, I’ll be back. Can’t say enough good things.

   We had dined at Heirloom before and enjoyed it but this time around the service was lacking. Our server was not attentive. It was over an hour to receive our food. The food itself was delicious but the portion size was smaller than expected so I asked for extra biscuits which she forgot to bring until the very end when she popped back up and we could ask again. By the time they came, we had been there over two hours and were just ready to go.

   We celebrated my wife’s birthday. The restaurant gave us a table in a quiet corner. Everything was great!

   Excellence service by our waiter Chris. We got there at 5:00 and it wasn't busy but within 30 to 45 minutes there were two parties so the place was hopping. Our waiter had a table of 11 people to assist while we were finishing our meals and getting ready for dessert and coffee. He apologized for the wait on the coffee, not his doing, it had to be freshy brewed. We ordered from the Restaurant Week Special menu. Wonderful food, which was nicely presented and served at a good hot temperature. Food was hot to the last bite. My husband ate half his dinner so he could eat all of the berry cobbler. I ate all my fish, so took half of my moose dessert home. Both desserts were excellent as was the coffee! The manager stopped by our table to asked how everything was. We enjoyed talking with her and were happy to say we enjoyed everything and would be back for dinner soon. One of the best Restaurants in Spartanburg.

   Took my wife here for her birthday. It was pur first time. She orded a mocktail and liked it. I got a Old Fashioned and liked it. She ordered the Salmon, it came with Cauliflower Mash and a Kayle Salad. She really was nor happy. The food had no seasonings, the mash was watery and clunky. Her salad was bland no dressing . I did taste her food. Considering price, one expect great flavor and care. Honestly it was like so basic. I ordered pot pie and it was good but not like excellent. Comsidering it's price I was let down. I didn't like not getting a side like mashed potatoes or a salad. We loved the scenery and desserts. We really felt underwelmed and we paid over $90 for sub par food. Honestly, other more medium priced places have better food and cost less I hoped going fine dining would be a nice birthday experience for her but it was not.

   Presentation is good, however food is bland, it needs more flavor. The best flavor on the shrimp and grits was the cherry tomatoes, the country fried steak has no seasoning.

    We both had the chicken pot pie- delightful!! The ham fritters could have used a bit more ham. They tasted like bread balls- couldn’t taste the country ham. The biscuits were perfection- light and fluffy with just a bit of crispness on top. Beautiful restaurant
