Fresh, quality ingredients, and all very well cooked. I had the NY steak that was done perfectly in a delicious verde sauce and my wife had the homemade pasta that was also delicious. Good bar program with delicious cocktails and a good wine list. 4/5 for service only because our server was a little too attentive and seemed to be at our table more frequently than was needed.

It’s our absolute favorite go to restaurant for the most amazing culinary experience. We are vegan and HK has the absolute most amazing vegan appetizers one can only dream of. We usually order several instead of main courses and enjoy the best of both worlds. It’s worth every peso and dollar

                                                                                                                                                          We had a wonderful evening at Hector’s Kitchen! The service was excellent and the ambiance was perfect for a quiet vacation dinner. The food was a little heavier than we are typically used to but delicious.

                                                                                                                                                          We enjoyed our dinner at Hector’s. Everyone was so friendly and provided wonderful service. Our main server was Vega and he made some amazing recommendations. We had the catch of the day appetizer, truffle tortellini, and shared the short rib and octopus entrees. Wow, everything was so good, especially our two entrees!

                                                                                                                                                          Food was awesome and the service was excellent. We had 5 children in our group of 11 and they made sure the kids food came out first. This has been the best restaurant in Punta Mita. Well done He tore and staff.

                                                                                                                                                          Hector's is always a great dining experience. Our most recent visit was during the slow season and we mostly had the restaurant to ourselves. Despite the light business, the service was as attentive as ever. Vicente gave informed opinions on the various dishes and each of our party of four was very pleased with our orders. The short ribs are dependably delicious. The sea bass was perfectly prepared. The surprise standout was the Arroz Huérfano with pork belly and rice that was a crowd favorite. We were two couples each celebrating an anniversary. The staff surprised us with cake and ice cream to go with the delicious churros we shared at the end. On our way out, the receptionist presented the ladies with beautiful flowers. Hector's is on our "must visit" list each time we are in the area.
