The Hazel Pear is a charming, traditional pub situated in the picturesque Cheshire village of Acton Bridge, just a short drive from Northwich. We pride ourselves on creating an experience that offers you a warm and inviting environment with a friendly team whose only aim is to make you feel at home. Here you can enjoy delicious food, a great selection of drinks and the warmest of welcomes. Well behaved dogs are even welcome in the bar area! Everything a real village pub should be.     We both had steaks. It was probably the best steak we’ve had in a long time, the chips were cooked to perfection and everything was hot! Will definitely return.

    It was really quiet for a Saturday lunch Staff were friendly and attentive Food was delicious, the salad tasted and smelt really fresh, the chips were rustic and really tasty

    Foods always good just disappointing to not have anything gluten free on the main menu just grill. I had checked prior to us going and saw the shepherd's pie was gluten free but was told this was no longer on the menu. It was quite busy with a function upstairs so service overall was a touch slow
