   Outside of the food runner brining me a cold salad on a hot plate, everything was amazing. I’m big on customer service and Taylor was exceptional and made sure everything was to our liking and consistently checked in on us. I will be back

   Three of dined and we all had a great time. The crab dip was excellent. The Caesar salad was just ok. We all had steak and they were cooked to perfection. The sides were very good also. We will be back. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

   We ordered fried green tomatoes, tallow fries, a 6 oz filet, baby back ribs, Mac and cheese and bread pudding. Everything came out hot. The steak was cooked as ordered and the seasoning was good. The ribs were so tendered and flavorful. The fried green tomatoes were so hot and the bacon jam was yummy! We also had a cocktail and the bill was less than $100. Taylor took such good care of us!

   Honestly, we had Valentine’s Day reservations months in advance at a steakhouse, but to our surprise upon arriving we were informed they had to shut down due to construction workers hitting a gas line. Highly disappointed, thinking we would not find a last minute reservation anywhere on Valentines night, Haywire had a few available slots on open table and it was right around the corner. We reserved for 2 not knowing what to expect, but I am SO GLAD WE DID! The elk tacos appetizers were delicious! The redfish w/crab and shrimp was amazing! I was also celebrating my birthday and the warm pecan pie w/ice cream was definitely the cherry on top! Our server was so attentive and took great care of us! We had reservations at 10pm and were done eating dinner at 10:40pm. 🥰 THANKS HAYWIRE.

   The service could have been better. Food is always good. But as you know service can ruin your experience. The waiter was not very attentive . Didn't ask if we wanted a desert or nothing. So we actually paid left and got a desert elsewhere.

    Went there for the first time, and had an abosuletely great time. My server, and his trainee, were amazing, they were extremely nice and had great recommendations for the food. The food is great as well, got the Queso Blanco, BBQ Ribs, and Blackened Catfish and Shrimp. Everything was great and I would go back again.
