   The experience was good and it is what we expected. Our server Becky was excellent and added to the overall experience. One thing I noticed is the Plano location was much more western than it has been in the past. The downtown location feels very western, but the Plano location felt more upscale in the past. The hosts and staff were wearing western shirts and cowboy hats. It was an unnecessary change to the atmosphere for this location .

   Everything was great, but didn't like the table where we were sat on the 2nd floor in the back by a stairwell and service station and close to patio where loud music was playing in Box Garden Theater.

   Haywire Tent seating is great for cold nights and privacy . Our service waiter Neneh was great servicing us . Concert was a little loud outside but nonetheless great vibe . Food was also season very well.

   Birthday celebration started with a cocktail in the bar. Very nice comfy leather couch and chairs. Second floor dinning room was very nice, large but cozy room. Love the open kitchen. Great service food was very good. I had the filet very tender and great flavor, my date had sea bass looked great. The only issue we had was with the house wine, we only wanted one glass each as we had cocktails before dinner. I had the house Pino Grigio my date the Cab. Yikes they were both awful!! We exchanged and was much better. A nice steakhouse shouldn’t have terrible wine on thier menu even if it’s the house wine (just a suggestion). The dessert bread pudding was amazing. Overall nice dinner and experience

   The food never disappoints!! The pork chop is always my go to! Literally, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Our service was as good as the food!! Very knowledgeable and great recommendations. We always make a reservation at Haywire whenever we travel to TX!! Don’t miss out!

    Brought my stepmother here for her birthday and Sky made sure we had a wonderful experience. The steak salad was good, but the bread pudding they brought her as a surprise was to DIE for! Thank you Haywire for making it a wonderful experience!
