    Dining experience was very good and we will be back to this restaurant. From the serve staff and the wine steward, service was exceptional, especially the sommelier who provided my son with a great recommendation for wine with his duck breast dinner. This was a special occasion for our granddaughter's 18th birthday as well was our son's BD and a very nice gesture of providing them with a birthday treat for dessert.

    The food was disappointing. Most dishes were seriously over-salted. The salmon was not fresh, but smothered in sauce (maybe to hide its sins).

    It is always a treat to have Bertrand tend to our table! Glad to see that he is still with Hawksworth. Food is fantastic as always. We wish the burger can be part of the regular dining menu. It’s nothing short of the best in Vancouver.

    Efficient and friendly service from our server. Mocktails and cocktails were on point. Oysters and caviar appetizers were delicious. Disappointed with the steak. Requested ribeye for medium rare, but it appeared to be medium and it was surprisingly tough for a ribeye.

    Did not disappoint. Lamb shank was full of flavor, mushrooms were so delicious and oh the chocolate mousse… can’t wait to be back. The service was fantastic.

    Fantastic experience - from the technical perfection of the burrata to the sublime expression of the duck fat in the Madeira reduction (with the accompanying truffle fries)! I’ll be back for more.
