   Beautiful restaurant. Food did not disappoint. Will be back. One small thing, ate in bar not restaurant, found bar cold with blast from front door.

   Hawksmoor has an excellent reputation, but I've had better ribeye steaks in less revered steak houses in Dublin. Setting and staff very nice. Wine was average. Sides very good. Sauce for the steak was very watery. Nice experience, but wouldn't go back.

   Myself and sister visited Hawksmoor Dublin and was very disappointed with the food. Everything was very salty and not very warm. I woke up this morning with a very upset stomach and can only put it down to the food I ate. Very disappointed even though our waiter was very pleasant, the food itself was a major let down and to feel so badly the next day too

   Prime Rib was very tough and a big fat cap. Waitress told us the prime rib was like a rib eye with lots of marbling but it was not what we got. Peppercorn sauce was tasteless and runny. Really wanted to enjoy but won’t return.

   The whole place and food is amazing. But there was a terrible sewage stench in the bathrooms. Like a portaloo at electric picnic.

    2nd but last visit. The experience has started both times with shockingly poor hosts. No sense of hospitality or service, they meet guests with utter disdain. Steaks are both over priced and over seasoned! The room is amazing but everything else is mediocre, it could and should be so much better.
