   I love Samara Southern Creations on Sunday at Haus of Chefs. And Sarah, the chef, is as wonderful as her cuisine. I appreciate that as time allows, she comes out to meet and greet her guests. My only recommendation for the venue, which is decorated very nicely, is to add some sound absorbing materials to the walls. It can get a little loud with so many customers. Good news is, everyone is flocking to this place because the food is excellent :). For customers, I recommend you make a reservation and go early. Highly recommended! :)

   Brunch with the ladies and we were not disappointed. There is so many options to choose from but we ordered the shrimp and grits with and the cat fish and grits and the gumbo pot pie. The food was so delicious and full of flavor and prepared well. A bit of a wait but it was worth it and won’t dissuade me from returning again.

   Food was very good service was okay considering how busy it was, food and drinks were definitely on point. Exceeded expectations. Great presentation as well.

   The Friday for Menu was EXCELLENT! The butterfly cocktail was delicious! I enjoyed the Oxtail Ramen and wings woth the Mac N cheese. Everything was flavored to perfection and soup satisfying! Love the entire ambiance! I shall Return for the different food features on other nights!

   Service and food were horrible, they didn’t make the food correctly, they need to try and expand the place it is very small.

   The food was excellent. I would suggest if your going to advertise the peach cobbler waffles to add more peaches one teaspoon was unacceptable. Overall, the food was excellent. The environment was excellent. The service was excellent. I will be returning.

   Went for brunch and ordered the fried catfish n waffle. Food was great and the chef stopped by our table, which was a great touch for hospitality. This place will no doubt become very popular given the high quality and excellent flavors and the uniqueness of the cuisine for the neighborhood.

   Haus of Chefs was a wonderful surprise. We were looking for a restaurant close to the Paramount Theater and so we selected the Haus of Chefs. Food can best be described as comfort food - Garlic noodles, grilled lamb chops, crab dip. All were delicious. We will go back the next time we are at the Paramount.
