Harvester Kitchen is a contemporary restaurant with a focus on the time-honored belief of warm, welcoming hospitality. Chef-owned, operated, and focused on innovative American cooking based on classic old-world techniques. Harvester Kitchen by Bryan is located in downtown Sioux Falls (DTSF) on 6th Street, near Phillips Avenue, with sunset views of the iconic Old Courthouse clock tower. The windowed loft-style space is in the historic Harvester Building. The restaurant is a scenic 1/2-mile walk from the impressive Falls Park and the waterfalls of the Big Sioux River. And is a few steps away from the Arc of Dreams, the centerpiece landmark sculpture of the DTSF sculpture walk, spanning the Big Sioux River.

    Absolutely fantastic! The food, the ambience, the attention to detail was top notch! We had the Chef Menu and the Plant Based Menu. Both were flavorful and incredibly delicious. Drinks were superb! Never thought I would see anything like this ever n Sioux Falls! Compliments to the chef!

    There's something about eating here that makes a person slow down and savor. I don't always know exactly what the dish is but I always trust the process and every single item is delicious. I wish I could be eat there more often. Thank you. Chef Bryan and the entire team for a fabulously memorable evening. Can't wait for the next one...

    This was our first visit to HK, and we will definitely be back. From the moment we walked in, everything was so lovely. The sitting room for drinks, canapés and our photo was such a nice touch to start our evening. From there, we got to sit quickly and everyone was so attentive to us. From the drinks to silverware to meal, each was better than the last. We loved all the little touches from them. The food was divine. My steak was amazing.

    Amazing staff all around. We had a great time. We both got the HK signature menu with the truffle and caviar additions and we both thought the price was well worth the food, the vibe, the experience. The torchon was my favorite out of the courses. My partner’s favorite was the mussels. Will go back.
