Chef won't cook red meat to diners preference. The only thing that would stop me going back.

Food was phenomenal, service was excellent. Not just knowledgeable and friendly but above and beyond! Such an amazing variety of delicious curated wines with great depth coming from the sommelier (and other staff).

We decided to order a few mains to share which was a great idea, as we got to enjoy a variety of the yummy mains on offer. Cocktails were good also and are waitress was exceptional.

Servers were very polite and helpful. As long as the sun was under a cloud our table was fine, but when the sun was shining we were getting cooked alive. A $20 cakage fee? That was a first especially since we ordered 2 desserts and racked up a $90 per head bill (no wine or beer ordered). The food woud have been mmuch more enjoyable if the vegetables had not been drowned in oil. I think at least one or two Plant Based mains dishes would have made our experience much more satisfying.
