Unable to eat at the Restaurant as planned. Arrived after making a booking online to discover that the restaurant was closed for a private booking. No staff at the door to meet and greet or apologise.

Left without eating as they couldn’t cope with amount of people. Seemed understaffed and the staff working there were unable to keep track of who was next. After being sat down, I noticed multiple people waiting to be served ahead of us indicating that we would be waiting some time. We were there for 15 minutes and in that time only 1 table’s worth of food had gone out.

Waited an hour and a half for food and when it came was cool. Restaurant busy but no excuse. Would not recommend

Food was good and reasonably priced. Husband’s Carlsberg beer wasn’t properly chilled. Service was slow. We might have opted for a dessert but because the service was so slow, it put us off from ordering dessert or coffees.
