   Un menu imposé pour Noël ,soit…mais un dessert imposé ,une table devant les cuisines et une note à plus de 200 euros à 4 sans boisson alcoolisée…bref ..c était bof …sans plus …trop cher …et rien de top en terme de saveurs .La viande hachée était bonne et le serveur ,sympathique !

   We had a very disappointing experience at Hard Rock Café, booked via OpenTable. To begin with, we ordered drinks, but the starters were served before the drinks even arrived, leaving us with nothing to drink while eating. The service continued to disappoint: the main courses were brought out while we were still eating the starters, and the table hadn’t even been cleared, forcing us to send the dishes back to the kitchen. On top of that, the water glasses were scorching hot, fresh out of the dishwasher, which made drinking water unpleasant. The overall value for money was shocking. The prices were exorbitant compared to the quality of service and food provided. For example, the drinks were served in massive glasses filled mostly with ice, leaving very little to actually drink. In the end, we paid a total of €300 (approximately $330), which felt unjustifiable for the experience we had. To make matters worse, the music was unbearably loud—we couldn’t even hear each other speak, which completely ruined the atmosphere. This experience left us so dissatisfied that we canceled another restaurant reservation we had made through OpenTable, fearing it would turn out just as bad. This was a poorly managed and chaotic experience, and we cannot recommend it.

   J’ai mis une étoile car malheureusement je ne pouvais pas mettre zéro. Des plats d’une qualité médiocre, même pour un restaurant de chaîne ! Quand on va au Hard Rock Café on ne s’attend pas à un gastro mais quand même ! 200 € (2 adultes et un enfant) pour rien manger un soir de Noël… À fuir !!!!!! Heureusement qu’on croit plus au Père Noël ! Inadmissible

   Reserved a table. But still placed at the bar close to the entrance. Food was disappointing. Chicken tenders were a bit burned an had no taste to it.

   Il cibo nella media ,il mojito superlativo, quindi complimenti al barman.Simpaticissimo e cordiale il cameriere che ci accompagnato nella serata Joel lo spagnolo☺️

   We were left waiting to be seated and then left waiting to order. The children were given an activity book but no pens or crayons to use which meant they were useless. I had been asked when booking and confirmed we were celebrating a birthday - why ask if you then do not acknowledge? The food was ok and the server was friendly and helpful in general. The toilets were a disgrace! Disappointing experience sadly.

    Starters and mains had to be sent back as they were cold. No apology offered. Food was ok when brought back. Just an overall poor experience
