    Very nice decoration but foods are quite average Chinese foods as ordered duck, chicken and beef. Service also average. The noise level became insane as everybody was yelling. We started at 5:30PM which was ok but by 6PM, I can not hear the person sitting opposite to me. If coming for business dinner, better find another place.

    Went for my wife’s birthday and it did not disappoint. There wasn’t one dish we ordered that wasn’t amazing. And the staff was super friendly and accommodating, highly recommended.

    The food was excellent. We had the king crab served 3 ways. Lily was incredible in helping guide us through ordering other items on the menu to complete our meal and ensuring we had a wonderful experience.

    Food has depreciated. No longer authentic Chinese dim sum. The Peking duck was not even crispy and the buns were terrible and stale. Never coming back for food!

    Fantastic experience for NYE. Good food, live music, best view of the fireworks over the Ferry Building and Bay Bridge.

    We always have had a great experience at Harborview Restaurant in San Francisco. It is a lively atmosphere with everyone from families to business people. The menu is Chinese and Dim Sum. Service was prompt and our delicious entrees were delivered on time. The whole Duck is our favorite and the restaurant does nice rice and vegetable dishes too.

    The food was good, but the service is quite disappointing. They are not kind at all and sometimes rude. You can try a table on the window side if you see the value from the view, but not worth for the others.
