   Our first visit to Hank’s won’t be our last. From the greeting, seating and welcome experience everything was stellar. Our service was excellent. We had 2 dozen oysters, a crab appetizer, my husband had the grouper and I tried a delicious seafood Al mondo? It was a fabulous Birthday dinner!

   Russell our server was awesome. From the bread to the appetizers, entrees, and dessert, everything was delicious! We were thoroughly impressed and we will be back soon.

   The service was not good. Our server should probably chose a different career since he mentioned he was a veteran. He didn’t listen and seemed to have trouble multi tasking which resulted in long waits or missing things altogether. Just overall needs some specific training that helps with his rhythm. I was charged for things that were a result of his not listening but too much time to ask him to fix so I just reduced his tip. Food was good , although pricey but knew that going in.

   Disappointed. Had high expectations but food was unseasoned, barely lukewarm and nothing special, generally tasteless. Waiter was great but we were rushed through the entire experience including the wait staff. Beautiful restaurant and great location.

   Food was great! However, for those like me, the restaurant is dimly lit. Appreciate the atmosphere, but difficult for patrons with vision issues. Noise level is above average. For a large party they will be speaking loudly to each other.
