   With a food allergy they were very accommodating. They were prompt on taking care of the table and very generous staff. In an ideal location downtown for walking distance. Highly recommend.

   We have been coming here ever since they opened. Service was great but the quality of food is not what it used to be. We ordered 3 Western burger, Steak Salad, meatballs, chicken wings, creamed corn & Brussel sprout, iced teas. Burger & steak was dry & overcooked (suppose to be medium). Creamed corn did not taste like usual, meatballs had an after taste. We took our guest from out of town & after raving how great this place is, we were embarrassed after this meal. The server gets a 5 star but food a 1 star. If you are thinking about going there, just go for drinks.

   Wonderful ambiance, great live music! We went on a Sunday afternoon for my husband's birthday and had a great time. The spinach dip appetizer was amazing and unique. His NY strip and the sides we choose (mac n cheese, brussels, and truffle mashed potatoes) were delicious. My ribeye was grilled perfectly, but if I have one complaint, it was not lwell seasoned. But the sauces helped. But overall the experience was wonderful and we will return. Out server, Alisha was great as well as the gentleman that helped bring our food.

   Great choice. Very nice atmosphere- food was really great. We were trying to get out in an hour/hour 15 and service could have been better so it’s a good thing the food - drinks and live music made up for it. Would still go back

   Seated next to the bar in the aisle to the hotel lobby. Lots of foot traffic. We made the reservation with a special occasion, and their table choice for us was poor and without thought. Service was slow, never offered a second drink, and water refill came when we were ready to leave. It's not a good value for the experience.

   blackened ribeye was not blackened as stated. Not a choice piece. Guest was asked if he wanted a 2nd $14 drink. Guest clearly said no and asked for a club soda. A 2nd drink was brought and charged to us.

    We got to the restaurant a bit early and the two young women at the reception area said our table wasn’t ready but it should be soon. So we went to the bar and had a drink. It was very nice but we were noticing lots of others getting seated. When cv we finished our drink we went to the front desk to ask and they said they had texted us. Neither of us had our phone and they knew we were at the bar. One of the two disappeared. The other tried to sit us at the bar area! I saw a free table and asked to be seated there. Seriously bad front reception staff. However we had a lovely waitress who recommended a really nice bottle of red. The food was really good. When we got back up to our hotel room neither of us had a text! They clearly just forgot about us and they should have apologized and it would have been ok. But they didn’t. I am guessing the management needs to train their staff a bit better.
