Hotpot is one of the most signature Chinese cuisines that has been enjoyed for centuries. It is a communal meal where a pot of simmering broth is placed in the centre of the table, and diners can choose from a wide range of ingredients, such as thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms and noodles to cook in their chosen flavour of the broth.     Haidilao has a nice and friendly ambience then food taste good as well. All meats taste nice especially the sukiyaki soup its very flavourful. I hope they will add some barbecue experience as well

    Terrible experience! The waitress couldn’t speak basic english, the service was really bad. Not going back there for sure.

    Great experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The food was tasty and the one-person set menu was surprisingly affordable. Perfect for a good meal without fuss. Highly recommend!

    We were rushing to the dinner after landing at Heathrow Airport, and only realised the closing time was 10 PM! Upon arriving at the restaurant, I went in to approach the service staff who were surprised to see us. The service were not great and below expectations from those experienced in Singapore or China. The female waiting staff whom I approached frowned when I asked about the sauce station! Better still, we were asked to pay for the bill as the cash toll was closing. The overall service was compensated by a European lady who served us with care and smiling face toward the end of our meal. Because it is HAIDILAO, we had to go back again 😊

    very nice experience! I went there when they have a lunch promotion, my partner was so impressed with the birthday song celebration!
