5 star experience. You won’t find a cleaner location and better hospitality & service anywhere in the city. Portions are delicious and generous. This is a staple whenever I visit Toronto. Servers Mary & Shi were fabulous.

Never had hot pot before and how it works requires explanation from staff. But it’s tasty and uses the freshest ingredients. Overall a cool experience.

Was a very nice restaurant. Great value for the price. Only thing is that when eating, the server did not make any effort to address me and acted as if I was not there. When explaining how to order or anything else they would not talk to me but only talk to the other person i was dining with. I felt ignored.

Booked a month in advance and still had to wait 10 min. $50 a person with just basics foods, not a lot of variety or else more expensive. It is loud and rowdy in there. NO ALCOHOL

Excellent!! Our servers Fer and Tom were great!!! They helped us so much and definitely made the experience great. Food was excellent and I will definitely be returning.

Today was my first visit to this restaurant and our server Fer was awesome. She took the time to explain everything to each of us, she was kind and courteous. Constantly filling our water glasses and taking empty dishes away. We will definitely come back again.

Typical of Haidilao franchise, not all you can eat so the menu is “alacarte” and you pay for whatever combination of dishes unlike a typical hotpot in Richmond Hill or Mississauga which is AYCE. Wait time is crazy during the weekend so make sure you reserve online.
