My first time to eat at Haidilao hotpot in Canada. Great services from Sunny and Steven. They are very attentive and friendly. A must-visit if you want to eat hotpot.

This experience was really very bad. From sitting down to leaving, I didn't communicate with the waiter for more than three sentences, which made me doubt for a while whether the waiter was dumb, but when checking out, she was really fast. I also heard her voice. My daughter also told me, Mommy, it turns out that this sister can talk?

Great food great service. On my section a little bit too busy with one server but overall it's okay and she was very nice. I can tell she try her best to serve her guests. Food was good quality.

Be prepared to be seated well after your initial reservation time. I set a reservation for four at 8:15pm and didn’t get seated until 8:50pm. Also the menu on the tablets are pretty good but some item descriptions are really vague or not there at all.
