   The food is spectacular. Nice to come across a Mexican restaurant that deviates from the formulaic menu options. The staff were great as well.

   An unforgettable dining experience - the worst meal I’ve had in Melbourne. Booked a one-hour Valentine’s sitting (8-9pm), yet we weren’t seated for 20 minutes. No menus or water for another 20 minutes. Orders were taken incorrectly, drinks were wrong, and we waited over an hour for our first starter (avocado and bread). The $90pp portions were shockingly small, bland, and barely warm. Waitstaff repeatedly asked us to confirm our order two hours after we placed it. Mains arrived late, and dessert was served while we were still eating. By this point, it was nearly 11:30pm—clearly, they wanted us gone. The mezzanine view was nice, but the blaring 90s/00s house/rap music ruined any romantic atmosphere. We got a 20% discount, but this level of service deserved much more. Felt like a prison sentence rather than a special night. Definitely unforgettable, but for all the wrong reasons. Never coming back.

   Went on valentine's day for dinner as a couple. It was obvious the restaurant had booked way too many people for dinner than they could comfortably cater for. Had the set menu, multiple dishes didn’t turn up and had to ask for them repeatedly before desert was served. Had to order/ask for drinks four times before they came an hour later. The actual food was mostly ok, some of it delicious but let down by the inability to serve the guests sadly. I’m sure on a quiet evening the experience would be better

   Very interesting version of Mexican. Was extremely high in taste and depth of flavours. A bit pricey overall but the food was excellent. The complimentary spiced pineapple pieces were very surprising. You think chillie and spice on a slice of pineapple, no way. But it works and extremely well.

   We really enjoyed our meal, which was a collection of starters and a mains. Everything was provided with attention to detail and the taste was very interesting (in a great kind of way). We didn't feel left out as vegetarians as there was enough to choose from. Only two minor downsides: opentable apparently didn't pass through our request for a low table and the music inside was very loud, so that it was a challenge still to have a conversation outside

   Disappointing experience. Won’t go back nor would recommend to people for any special occasion. Worst service ever!

   Our experience at Hacienda was truly amazing! The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious and to complement we had a beautiful view of the Yarra and city. To top it off the service was fantastic! The staff were super friendly and inviting and made sure we had a great experience.

   A really warm welcome from all of the team working. They were all so friendly! Great menu. As a group we thought it was easier to go with the banquet option. The food was so good. Very authentic Mexican. Not trying to be fancy, just really good quality and flavours. Everything was good but I think the pork tacos were the tables favourite. Great cocktails- I am fussy with cocktails and explained to the waitress what I wanted and she and the bar tender spent a while chatting and gave me a few suggestions. Love that time and effort!
