   It was a great experience at first but ended poorly. Our servers were great but when the check came there were issues. We purchased gift cards that were supposed to have an additional $20 added because of the promotion at the time. Well come to find out they never added that amount. It took the manager 3 different times and 30 extra minutes to fix this issue and he did not seem to be apologetic at all. He rushed away after explaining what happened. Also the valets were supposed to bring you to your car with an umbrella because it was raining, they did not. They watched me walk to my car in the rain.

   Made an 8:45 reservation which worked perfectly for when we would get out of our movie. Got a call from the restaurant 3 hours before our reservation asking if we could show up early so they could close the kitchen early. I said we couldn’t, and they said “well don’t be late, the kitchen will close at 8:50-8:55”. It is unacceptable to advertise and take reservations for 5 minutes before the kitchen closes. Even 30min is pushing it. We were rushed by this restaurant before we arrived, we were rushed when we got there, and so I took the liberty of rushing us out and told them to just pack it all up to go before the entrees even arrived. The millionaire oysters were not a good flavor profile. Way too much soy sauce and a lot of inconsistency from one to the next. The standard raw oysters had a lot of sand in them. The bacon steak was good. The tuna steak was good. But I can sear a piece of meat at home in 3min. I came here for service which was not provided. The sever was trying to apologize for them not being able to give us the “full experience” but the truth is, they were able to, but chose not to. If your kitchen closes at 8:50 then you simply cannot take a reservation after 8:15. I can only assume the owners have not put the time and care in to see what it is like to be a customer at their establishment. Of course I still tipped over 20% and was gracious, but I will not be returning to this establishment. I recommend Kevin rathbun steak for anyone hoping to receive service. Maybe the owners can go dine at Rathbun’s to learn what good service is. I also specified I preferred to be seated at the edge of the restaurant and was seated in the middle. It was far too loud and we could barely hear the server. I will have to take the lady somewhere else to redo her birthday dinner.

   There was a loud party in the front dining that was a bit distracting, but once the party had finished, we were able to enjoy the rest of our dining experience. The food and service were amazing and we will most definitely be back again soon!

   Great dinner. Food was great. Ambiance was great. I'd argue the only ding (and so not a 5 star) is the service was a bit slow. Our waitstaff was great, and super nice, but just slow.

   The service over our dinner was unbelievably exceptional. The food was served very fresh, tasted as though it was made with love and care, and we were so happy at the end of the evening. Way to go, and we can’t wait to come back again!

    Great ambience, very expensive, very experienced staff members mixed with immature and inexperienced individuals. Our waiter’s assistant literally was dropping plates on the table instead of placing them gracefully. She was going through silverware loudly at the server buffet. Not polished enough for this establishment. We got tuna tartar appetiser and crab cake, very good. As far as main entrees, steaks were unmatched quality for the price. Drinks were very weak and sweat. White wine list definitely needs intervention and broadening the selection by the glass. The restaurant is open for lunch for the month of December. For this level of pricing, the GM needs to check on tables and make sure customers are having an outstanding g experience
