   Service was prompt and friendly. Appetizer was the pull apart pretzel and was not as hot as we would have wanted it. Flavor was good, but it could have been much warmer. Dinner was the Club sandwich and the Big Dipper. Both were hot and tasty. My husband said it was the best club sandwich he’s eaten. The Big Dipper was great as well.

   Food was mediocre, nothing I would like a famous chef would put his name on and be proud. In our table of 6, two had the trash can nachos. They came out lukewarm and the chips were mush. The flavor was good though. One got the big dipper and it was meh, the fries and donkey sauce was the highlight! One got the mac and cheese bacon burger and he said it was OK, but not worth the hype. One got a plain Jane burger and said it was ok, again, fries and donkey sauce for the win. I got the open face hot beef dinner, I can't remember the name, but it was ok, lacking a lot of flavor though. The portions sizes were HUGE all the way around. I will go back and try the wings, but overall, it wasn't what I expected for a top chef's restaurant.

   Ribs and nachos were very salty. Would order the tacos again.

   Waitress did not care to help us, we waited 35 minutes after being sat down to even have her initially come over. She didn’t refill our drinks. Charged us for drinks we didn’t get. She never checked on us after we got our food either

   Food had no flavor what so ever, I had the Rueben, it just tasted like corn beef on bread, sour kraut had no flavor tasted like stringy lettuce I don’t even think it had 1000 island dressing on it like I said no flavor at all, also had the pretzel bites tasted like something you get in the frozen section at the grocery store. My wife and I also had two drinks way to much alcohol in them tasted like pure gasoline we could not finish them or dinner for the price, your way better off going to Quaker Stake and lube

   Food was mediocre at best. Out of 4 people, only one person said their food was good. I would not go back based on food tasting like it was heated in a microwave and literally came out to us in 5 minutes....not cooked fresh at all. The pulled pork on the Mac N cheese was very fatty and not edible. Would not go back.

   This was our Christmas dinner. Our food came out cold I had the special witch was strip steak and shrimp the shrimp skewers on the steak was as cold as cocktail shrimp the rest of the sides luke warm my wife ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredo it was ice cold. She sent it back asking for it to just be warmed up. We waited 20+ min for her food to return me trying to wait for hers as mines getting even colder. There was ppl who were sat ordered and got their food and her warm up still had not shown up. After that we had enough our Christmas dinner was ruined my food was now inedible and her warm up was still nowhere. We finely thrown in the towl said we didn't want the warm up we just want the bill. They took her meal off she never got no sorry no extras no anything. The most horrible service I've had in the Council bluffs Omaha area. If I was Guy I'd be embarrassed by this location.
