The first outpost of local favourite Pizzeria Gusto, Gusto North is an extension of the flavours and feeling of being at an Italian family dinner table. Inspired by its original location on Academy Road, the Gusto team have brought a meticulously designed original menu and space to Hargrave St. Market's only full service sit down restaurant.                                                             This spot is a pretty sweet hidden gem in Winnipeg. The pizzas are fantastic, and the calamari is great too. The only downside for me was the bread served with the tartare—it needs something with crunch and texture, like a crouton. The soft bread makes the whole dish feel too mushy, which just doesn’t work. That said, I still highly recommend the place!

                                                            Our server, Wade, was personable, efficient and read the table well when we were in conversation to not interrupt. Food was delicious. Out of towner, we were trying to impress, WAS IMPRESSED! Well done!

                                                            Nice restaurant, appetizer was really good (steak tartare), they missed on the Carbonara. It’s was okay, the service was fantastic. Very friendly staff, would definitely go again.
