   I’m a great fan of Gusto 501 and have been there tens of times, but this time was an absolute disappointment. We were seated at the table facing the door, with the cold wind blowing in our faces. We asked for a change of table and were denied. We asked again because of the cold wind and were told the heater isn’t working and they’re fully booked. There were three empty tables behind us and more empty ones in the upper floor seating. Even worse, on OpenTable it shows that there are available slots with standard tables the whole night. We packed and left, completely shocked by the lack of accommodation, and quite frankly as a group of black women it was clearly an act of racism. We’re never coming back here.

   Great food, excellent service, reasonable prices, and the dollar per oz wine?! Plus the interior design of the restaurant. Looks much more expensive than it is.. the pizza is amazing!

   Excellent service, amazing pizza, food and drinks. Main plates a little small for price, but delicious and perfectly made, seasoned and presented! Great ambiance!

   We love Gusto 101, so we thought we would go to Gusto 501 to give it a try. The restaurant is unique with its multi levels which my wife and I loved. The food was excellent and our server, Alex made excellent recommendations. We are definitely going back.

   Every staff is friendly, making good connections with us. I never tipped more than 15%. It's my first time willing to do this! I would definitely come back!

    My only disappointment was they were serving brunch menu around 1:30 pm on a weekend. I wish we could try items from the lunch menu

    Ciao Rupali! We'd love to have you try our lunch and dinner menu in the future. Currently, we offer lunch on Thursdays and Fridays and dinner Monday through Friday, as well as after 4 pm on weekends.
