Named after our daughter Grace, along with the idea that a steakhouse can be graceful, whimsical, and elegant without being dark and moody. What started as a vision to keep the vibe light and airy while letting the outside in, has turned into an Award-winning design of which we couldn't be prouder.
This menu is truly meant to offer something for everyone, with often found steakhouse features as well as a plethora of seafood to truly highlight the best of the gulf and beyond. Prime, Dry Aged and local Wagyu cuts of beef in 4 to 40 oz. portions are available to satisfy any sized appetite. Innovative cocktails and wines from around the world top it all off -making Guard and Grace the place to be for happy hour, a couple's night out or your private event.
Our family, or Ohana, is a passionate group of culinary obsessives who strive to make memories that will last a lifetime. Houston is a special city that has stolen our hearts, and from the bottom of them, we thank you for joining us.

One of the best experiences we’ve had. Perfect date night. Jonathan was a great server and was so attentive. He made sure we didn’t over order and that our dinner reflected the best of the restaurant. Highly recommend.

The experience was incredible, and we had an amazing time. The interaction was exceptionally personable. Lilyanna did a fantastic job recommending appetizers and entrées! We were celebrating my best friend’s birthday, and our waiter made it extra special by bringing a birthday card signed by the staff.

Guard & Grace is a restaurant named after a father and daughter. I love the food here so much and I come for anniversaries and birthdays. The prices are reasonable for a special occasion and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure they accommodate to our food preferences which is halal, and no alcohol in our food. They have lots to choose from my husband always goes for the porterhouse and I always go for the Chilean sea bass or Alaskan black cod. Recently, we tried the fried rice with seafood in it and it was very delicious too. The ambience is next level and they even wrote and signed us a card from all the staff for our anniversary. My favorite mocktails are the coffee one as well as the pop rocks one. Thank you so much for making our special occasions even more special with your excellent service and care to our halal food preferences. I will continue to make this our family tradition.

Amazing food and service. I couldn’t choose between the fish or the steak so I had both! 1/2 portion of the famous cod and a 4 oz filet. It was the perfect split. So happy to try a new restaurant and it be worth it.

I booked a reservation for our anniversary, it was a great venue with an amazing atmosphere. It was a quiet night with few table being used. They sat us directly in front of an occupied booth that was set for 4 people. Very awkward when they came by and asked if anyone else would be joining us…. It was our anniversary reservation…
