Having an open restaurant interior surrounded by large windows, "Grill & Dining G" has an impressive atmosphere. it is the all-day dining where you can enjoy the grace of Fuji-sanroku (foot of Mt. Fuji) with your five senses. We produce lively and enjoyable meal time in the cozy atmosphere created by the warmth of wood incorporating interiors based around two colors; brilliant green and blue representing lake and Mr. fuji. Our special grilled dishes using fresh ingredients grown by the local cool climate go well with the great wines of Yamanashi prefecture. 3ヶ月前にも宿泊とディナーで伺いました。その時はスタッフが今回より多くサービスが行き届いていました。今回はスタッフが少ないせいか、やや目が行き届いていなかった印象です。何かをお願いしたい時、気づいてくれるスタッフがなくストレスを感じる場面がありました。大人2人で伺ったので、小さな子連れと席を離して案内してくれたのは好印象でした。ホテルを気に入っているので、また宿泊に伺う予定で、その際はレストランも利用すると思いますが、もう少し気遣いを期待したいところです。

初めての山中湖マリオットでのお食事でした。セミブッフェのdinnerを頂きました。オードブルとデザートは、普通でした。種類は、少なめ、お味も普通です。ワインリストは、種類も少なく、原価の5倍掛けのお値段です。オーダーするゲストが少ないのか、全く力を入れていない様に感じました。ただ、メイン料理は、素晴らしく美味しかったです。信玄鷄とオマールのグリルをチョイスしましたが、火の入れ方といい、お味といい、最高でした。久しぶりに美味しい、お料理を食べたという感じです。冷めたきても美味しいお料理でした。ビュフェの場合は、メイン料理でがっかりする事が多いのですが、オードブルとデザートの減点が、このメイン料理でカバーされました。この、信玄鷄とオマールのグリルは、相当にオススメです。これがメインにリストに今後もあるのであれば、またこのお料理を食べるために宿泊しても良いと思いました。また、この日は、結婚記念日でしたが、思いもがけず、デザートプレートをプレゼントされて、とても嬉しかったです。最後に、レストランのスタッフの方々はフレンドリーで、とても感じが良かったです。ありがとうございました。

夕食は、前菜やスープ・デザートのブッフェ形式は好きな物を好きなだけ頂けるのがとても良かったです。朝食も品数が多く食べ過ぎてしまいました。

9月の平日に伺いました。宿泊時の夕飯での利用でしたが大満足です。アラカルトでカルボナーラと前菜を注文。カルボナーラは大きな蓋つきでサーブされ、目の前で開けてくれます。開けた瞬間、目の前が煙で真っ白！燻製されているのでしょうか、良い香りが広がって、目と鼻でも大いに楽しかみました。食後は、お伝えしていないにも関わらずバースデイプレートが！宿泊の会員情報で9月が誕生日とわかったと。忘れられない誕生日になりました！ありがとうございました。来年の誕生日も伺います！

夫婦で富士マリオット山中湖に泊まり夕食利用しました。アペタイザーとデザートがビュッフェのセミビュッフェディナー。とてもおいしかったです。ビュッフェは常に手入れされていてコロナの心配ありません。取りに行く時はマスクと手袋(支給される)必須です。遅めの時間に行きましたが、サラダバーも綺麗に整えられていて、野菜等もしっかり補充されていました。メインはお肉とお魚で。お肉はガッツリ赤身、ボリュームもあり食べ応えあり。男性におすすめです。お魚もとてもおいしかったです。チタンメンバーなので3割引でした。とても良かったのでまた1月に予約しました！
