As Charleston's premier steakhouse, and member of the Great Steak Houses of North America, our menu is one of the few in the country that features 100% USDA Prime Beef. Located at the luxurious Market Pavilion Hotel in the heart of historic Charleston, we offer a dining experience like no other. All of our beef selections, including the filet mignon, are hand-selected and wet-aged 42 -50 days to ensure tender texture and unsurpassed flavor.

At Grill 225 we place a great deal of emphasis on seafood harvested from both local and International waters. Using only premium ingredients such as local sustainable seafood as well as exclusive premium domestic and international offerings.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              I've been coming to the Market Pavilion Hotel almost since it was built and it keeps getting better and better! The staff is always very polite and welcoming, several of which I've known for many years on a first name basis! My stays are always topped off with a meal at Grill 225 where the food and service is unmatched. The slight seasoned char on the steaks is so delicious I don't dare dilute that flavor with any sauces. There's not a steak in Charleston like this! Much love and appreciation for the team at Grill 225!

The bartenders are slow and way below the skill level that a place like this I would expect to have. When the martini glass isn't even half way full, that's not a good bartender. The food was good, nothing extraordinary. Again, very nice room, but I wouldn't go back especially with all the other great options in town.

A hidden gem in Charleston that should get the attention it deserves. The food was beyond amazing and the staff was beyond attentive and we felt like we were regular’s considering it was our first time there. I would recommend any first time visitor to Charleston check it out.
