This is supposedly a high end restaurant. I had booked a table for dinner for two six days earlier and reconfirmed the day before. I arrive to find there were no tables available in the dining room as they are full and was invited to sit in a “lounge area” where the tables are similar to coffee tables. Not at all suitable for dining. I asked to speak to the manager who never appeared. I then spoke to a lady who admitted they had overbooked and I got a sort of weak apology - at best. They did find a table but my experience was not great for what must be the most expensive restaurant on the island. Food was Ok, wine list very expensive. It’s all beautifully designed but frankly the attitude of the front of house staff not at all great. Very disappointed.

Fantastic location. Good choice of food and drinks on the menu. Only slight issue was ordered drinks which were slow to arrive and one didn’t come at all but we were charged for it. This was rectified on the bill. Staff were amazing. Very attentive and helpful.

Perched along the pristine white sands of Grand Anse Beach, Grenadian Grill at Silversands offers an elevated yet unpretentious dining experience that masterfully blends local Caribbean flavors with refined technique. The restaurant's design seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing spectacular sunset views over turquoise waters. Upon our third visit, we were warmly welcomed by Rhinna, our waitress from previous visits, who remembered our preferred table and wine selections – a personal touch that exemplifies the attentive service culture at Silversands. The catch of the day is consistently stellar, featuring local fish like mahi-mahi or red snapper, perfectly grilled and paired with seasonal island vegetables and coconut rice. The beverage program shines with both classic cocktails and innovative creations incorporating local ingredients like soursop, nutmeg, and Grenadian rum. The wine list, while concise, complements the tropical climate and menu offerings beautifully. Service strikes an ideal balance between attentive and relaxed, embodying genuine Grenadian hospitality. Staff members share impressive knowledge about both the menu and local culture, making each visit educational as well as delicious. While prices reflect the luxury resort setting, the quality justifies the investment. Reservations are essential, particularly for sunset dining between 5:30-7:00 PM. Smart casual dress is encouraged. Request a beachfront table and time your visit to catch the sunset. The tasting menu with wine pairings offers the fullest expression of the kitchen's capabilities, though à la carte options are equally satisfying. Whether celebrating a special occasion or seeking an exceptional dining experience in Grenada, Grenadian Grill delivers a meal that honors its location while exceeding international standards of culinary excellence.

This experience was like a comedy of errors. We went there to have a healthy lunch - they had black bean burgers, so we ordered that. But then we learned they were out of burgers. So for an app we ordered a calypso salad, which was billed as having quinoa, avocado and a mango vinaigrette. It came and first of all, it was ice cold (quinoa is not great at that temperature). We ate it because we were starving but then noticed that there was no vinaigrette on the quinoa - only a bit of mango puree on some lettuce scattered on the plate. So the quinoa was completely tasteless. Second, we realized there was no avocado but this was after we finished. We let the server know and she brought us a plate of avocado - to eat by itself, I guess! For the second course, I ordered chicken which was supposed to come with both rice and cauliflower. I requested no butter, and I guess the rice must be made with butter because without informing us, they substituted… quinoa! Even though we had just eaten quinoa. And the cauliflower wasn’t a side, it was a few tiny bits of cauliflower mixed into the quinoa. My husband ordered pasta with pesto, and the pesto was watery, so it didn’t coat the pasta. Again, very flavorless. All that said, it was an amazing setting and the service was fine. But I would not go for the food.

Perfect setting and from the initial greeting by the front door it was amazing and friendly service. Top notch service. The restaurant was out of a few items the lobster tasted old and tough. The shrimp curry appetizer was a bit overcooked shrimp creole was flavorful and a good portion dessert was great with a vegan chocolate tart. A very serene atmosphere. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location, long wait for drinks to arrive considering it wasn’t that busy, starters excellent, main of grilled fish was very good however the lobster in the linguine was tough and overcooked, didn’t complain as staff working Christmas Day and doing their best. Very expensive compared to elsewhere. Our hotel at opposite end of beach superior food at half the price
