Green Shiso Omakase Restaurant has moved to the heart of the city, now located at 6 Loftus St, Quay Quarter Lane.
Our Chef Simon brings over 15 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. He trained in Tokyo at Sakae Sushi with chefs Kazato-san and Ogawa-san, mastering sushi-making techniques. Additionally, he refined his skills in Kyoto, training at the renowned Michelin 3-star Kaiseki restaurant, Kikunoi, under Chef Murata-san, specializing in traditional Kaiseki Ryori. Simon attend the world sushi cup competition 2024 in Tokyo representing Australia and win the sushi kuroobi yikyo award.
Our seasonal menu changes every three months, showcasing the freshest ingredients and flavors of the season.

Green Shiso Omakase Restaurant has moved to the heart of the city, now located at 6 Loftus St, Quay Quarter Lane. Our dinner starts at 6:30 every night. Please try to arrive on time. Please note that we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements, and no substitutions can be made for our omakase menu. Dishes may include raw and cooked seafood, egg, shellfish, sesame, dairy, gluten, and meat. To secure a reservation, we require credit card details. However, no charges will be processed in advance. For cancellations or booking changes, please provide notice at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of $150 per person. We do not accommodate children under 15 years old. We allow BYO, with a corkage fee applied.

A hidden gem in Cronulla. I didn't expect to find omakase this far from the city and it was excellent value for the price. Perfect beginner omakase I'd take family to.

This was not simply dinner. It was a dining experience. Like a beautifully curated concept album - everything from start to finish had been purposely and carefully designed to contribute to a varied and high quality culinary journey.
