    Me encanta el restaurante y siempre vamos cuando estamos en la ciudad, pero hoy, decepcionante la atención, servicio e incluso, comida. Llegamos, nos sentaron a una mesa y después, nos pidieron cambiar. Con esa “recepción”, arrancamos con ese mal sabor de boca. Hicimos pedido y pedimos un cambio de una guarnición apenas se movió el mesero (pedimos un Porter) y el cambio era de unas papas francesa a pure de papa y nos dijeron que no se podia. Llamamos al gerente, mismo que apoyo y realizamos el cambio, sin embargo ni un mínimo esfuerzo para mejorar nuestra experiencia y percepcion. Llego el corte mas cocido de lo que pedimos, no estaba tan rico como otras veces. Por ultimo, venimos a festejar mis 40 años, escribi en la reserva y no hubo ningun solo intento de felicitacion o algo del estilo. Decepcionante y no pensamos en regresar. Hay muy buenos restaurantes en Chihuahua, sin necesidad de pasar ese mal rato

    El servicio es muy bueno al igual que los platillos. La atención es excelente. El único inconveniente es el sistema de facturación que es muy poco eficiente.

    El salmón exquisito, cocimiento y sazón al punto exacto, servicio rápido, solo a un comensal le faltó el complemento (tortillas) al momento de iniciar la degustación de su platillo (barbacoa)

    Decidimos regresar. Hoy la atención fue mucho mejor y en esta ocasión decidí probar el rib-eye de 400 gr. ¡Extraordinario!
