   Our dinner was delicious. Our waiter was, Neil who was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very relaxing and love the ambience. I would highly recommend the Grand Concourse.

   A wonderful nostalgic experience...great food, Noel our comfort person was super....trains rolled past our riverview table as we enjoyed a superb buffet....we felt like we were in Grand Central Station...no! Wait! They don't do this in Grand Central NY!! It's a Pittsburgh thing yinz all....!!

   This is a beautiful location but extremely busy. We checked in but still had to wait a while after our reservation to be seated. No one really explained the process so we stood around and had to ask for guidance . Once seated, there was hair on our table and food dried on the inside bottom of my glass. We sat for another 10 minutes before being asked for drink orders and getting clean items. Our server was very nice and helpful, just very busy. The food selection is incredible, but there isn't anything in place to ensure cleanliness of the self serve sections. Not sure we would go back. For that price, I'd rather have less food options and better quality.

   Excellent! Had a party of 10. The server Jay was wonderful in service and in handling separate checks. The food was fantastic as was the valet who were quick and efficient.

   We have been to the Grand Concourse Sunday brunch many times. We enjoy the atmosphere, the beauty of the building, the service, but most of all the food. There are so many choices you could never have one of each in one sitting. The meat carving station and the pasta station are my personal favorites.

   Great option for a family brunch. The food is delicious and the service is top notch. Even the valet were sweet and helpful.

   The service was terrible - slow, inattentive, hard to get the attention of our waiter. The food was good but the portions small - especially the vegetables. We mentioned it was a special birthday - and nothing came of it. We grabbed our check a left

   The restaurant is beautiful and an experience in itself. However the food doesn't measure up to the place or the price. My fish was lot bad just not vey spectacular. My wife's food which contained fried shrimp came so overcooked the shrimp was extremely dry.

    Never received drinks. They were out of chicken….chicken! Fish was over cooked beyond. Dining room was dirty. Soup was splashed outside of bowl on ALL the orders.. ordered espresso and was luke warm. I can see why the place was empty The WORST dining experience . I rarely write reviews, this was so bad in every aspect I had to.
