   We were very disappointed in the food and service. On their website they say they have a valet all day Sat. and Sun. There was no one available when we arrived Sun. at 6 PM. We were celebrating a birthday so it was supposed to be a special occasion. Instead it was frustrating and aggravating to be in such a beautiful restaurant and have such poor service. We ordered the cedar plank salmon which was very good, along with the beet salad, which was also good. We also ordered the 10 oz. prime rib which was mostly fat and extremely salty, along with the iceberg salad which was good. After we finished dinner we waited almost 40 minutes before we had to ask another waitress to send our waiter with our check. Our food was never cleared from the table. We have eaten here many times but this will be the last!

   Brunch was delicious; ambience is wonderful; long line to be seated so wait time was longer than expected; noisy - I understand there were lots of people; and service was slow - also I understand there were a lot of people there - some in large groups - and there might have been fewer staff as is the situation in many restaurants. We enjoyed the brunch which celebrated our friend's birthday, but in the past, we have had a better experience celebrating birthdays.

   Sunday brunch here is a great way to treat yourself or celebrate an an accomplishment or family milestone.

   Had the slowest server ever! Took 25 minutes to get our drinks and then barely saw our server after that for refills.

   Food was as to be expected.....awsome for some. Only downfall, my wife has a gluten allergy, and although there were options for her, there weren't any options that she couldn't get or make at home. The only options that were marked gluten-free were the eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, fruit salad, and green beans and carrots. No gluten-free pasta, deserts, baked goods, waffles, or pancakes. IHOP has gluten-free pancakes. I understand you're paying for the experience, but for the price you're paying for that brunch, there should be options you can't get anywhere else.

   Not sure how we've lived here for years without finding Grand Concourse before. We spent my wife's 40th birthday dinner here an it was the perfect special occasion spot. Great ambiance. Great food. Great service. We had such a wonderful evening

   Like always delicious food, but I make a couple of requests in my reservation they didn’t take in consideration, the service on the bar it was a little slow and in our table they never ask us if we was celebrating something, at the end the service was good and we had a great time

    Our dinner was delicious. Our waiter was, Neil who was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very relaxing and love the ambience. I would highly recommend the Grand Concourse.
