Beautiful building. Our first time there. Amazing meatballs and steaks. Great place for a date night. Would go back again.

The worst brunch experience I have ever had. An hour wait with a reservation. Food was dried up and cold by the time we were seated. A waste of $250 for sure.

We were excited to finally try the brunch buffet at the Grand Concourse because the reviews about it make it sound like it's amazing. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. My husband had a fresh made omelet and enjoyed it. I tried the waffles with homemade cream and strawberries, and I enjoyed that. The pancakes were flat as a paper plate. The waffle station was a mess. The fondue station was a disaster. The salads were soggy. The ham was dry. The prime rib was so rare that it was hard to eat, and it was over seasoned. I didn't dare to try any seafood or fish because the station was a mess. I didn't try the pasta. However, I did watch it being plated, and it looked good. The other hot food was good but nothing special. The sausage and bacon were good. I was happy to see sausage with a casing and not the generic stuff. The shrimp and rice were dry. The biscuits were hard. The sausage gravy was spicy. So that was weird. The chicken fingers and french toast sticks look the same as what is served at a local school. I think they had fried mac and cheese bites, but no one could really tell even after tasting it. The best part of the buffet was the desserts. Apple Fritters and cinnamon rolls are good. Overall, this buffet was underwhelming. I do not understand what all the fuss is about. Even though the wait staff is kind and attentive and the building is stunning, my opinion is that It's definitely not worth the price. We were a party of 4, and we all had the same opinion about the food... underwhelming

Beautiful old building love love love the atmosphere. The food was top-quality. The variety was amazing or waiter was wonderful. We went there for my dad’s 85th birthday and my birthday as well. Couldn’t have picked a better choice. Also, our booth was amazing.

We did the brunch buffet and the food was really good. The ambience was great, the kids loved the chocolate fountain. However, the wait time was more than 20 mins over our reservation time ( we had no special requests) and very unorganized in terms of calling and seating people.

Fantastic food, service and view of the city! Great value for a high end buffet. Request the River Room to see the city in all its glory.

Everything was perfect, appetizer (shrimp cocktail), soup (butternut squash w/goat cheese) was such a comfort on a cold snowy day. The waitress (Kayla) was very attentive and engaging. She made good recommendations. We had a very nice relaxing lunch. Grand Concourse is one of my favorite restaurants and always a good choice.

Great New Year’s dinner experience! The special menu was fairly priced and the food was very good! We had some great cocktails too. I especially liked the key lime pie! The server was beyond excellent! He went above & beyond in making sure we enjoyed everything and took some amazing pictures of us on the staircase.
