Whether you are from NYC or not, you cannot get a more iconic location than GCT. The food is excellent. The service was slow but In their defense they let us sit and talk for 3-1/2 hours. That was awesome and above and beyond, particularly between Thanksgiving and Xmas!

It’s a great French brasserie and a beautiful place. The space for has suffered for years with poor restaurant concepts and now this new French concept is a smash hit and the place is always thriving. Congratulations!

The food, location, and decor were absolutely outstanding—a true 10/10. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. After being seated, my friend and I waited 15 minutes without being greeted by a waiter. I eventually had to flag down a manager to get any assistance. Throughout the visit, the service was extremely slow, which felt unnecessary, especially since it was a Thursday midday with very few other guests in the restaurant. What stood out most was the lack of attentiveness from the waiter. There was little effort to check in on us or ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. It felt as though customer service was not a priority, which detracted from an otherwise excellent dining experience. Additionally, the Lunch Pre Fixe menu could benefit from clearer wording. Labeling it as "starting at $35" would be much more accurate and less misleading. Despite the shortcomings in service, the quality of the food would bring me back, and I’d still recommend it for the cuisine alone. However, I hope the restaurant can focus on improving their waitstaff's customer service to match the high standard of the food and ambiance.

Great all-around, but they were 45 min+ behind schedule for reservations. They did a spectacular job accommodating us since two members of our party were pregnant, but the delay wasn’t ideal.

Beautiful, unique spot, food is very good, can be a bit busy/slow service around peak times.

The only problem is the front desk. When we reserve Green Room we keep getting outside. And they seem ‘inconvenienced’ when we remind them.

Food was very good. Server was friendly but forgetful in bringing ordered items. Had to ask 3 separate times for coffee creamer and twice for my child’s beverage.

Pop up restaurant in the train station. Only house wine by the glass despite an extensive bottle menu, very loud and echo-y. After standing in line for 15 minutes, was told to come back closer to my reservation time that was coming up in 8 minutes. Ultimately we just got up and headed to a restaurant around the corner with open tables. Can't even recommend this as a quick bite before a train because there are better and less expensive options in the immediate vicinity.
