   Restaurant House: Gordon Ramsay Street Burger - Charing Cross Road Reservation details: Table for 4 persons in 2024. Sunday, November 3, 2:30 p.m We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by the relaxed, well-decorated environment. We were 4 persons and tried the IDIOT burger, It was a very high quality experience. Ordering a meal was very modern, through an app, so we needed help. The staff (a nice woman) helped us get organized. Great food. Thanks to everyone who works and creates this place.

   Burgers were nice and good quality. Music in the restaurant was too loud. Adding 15% service charge even though you have to order from an app is not good.

   The burger was flavorful but dry and the waiter offered me bacon as a £3 which I accepted but then none was on my burger so I had to wait for it to get cold before I could eat my burger with the bacon. They also brought out the wings and Mac n cheese as if they were appetizers then brought out the burgers while we were only halfway through the appetizers and the table was not big enough for all the trays.

   Indifferent , entitled, lacking CRM & limited knowledge on app . Lacked atmosphere and add 15% automatically to bill for ‘lack of’ service charge . Definitely one place to miss , not what expected of a GR sub brand

   Gordon Ramsey sure does know how to provide the best burgers in London! All though the food was slightly pricy, you are paying for high quality food. The burgers were delicious and are probably the best I've ever eaten for a very very long time. If you're looking for the best burgers in London, eat here.

   These were excellent tasting burgers and loved the seasoning on the fries. Minor criticisms and hopefully viewed as constructive feedback, the lighting (too dark to read the menu). The loudness of the music at this branch, literally couldn’t hear servers or my dining companion, this was before 6pm too. I found the 15% compulsory service charge a bit off. This is good but not fine dining or something particularly complicated, after all.

    Who puts sugar on fake chips, tiny burger for the price. If I order a Long Island ice tea I expect to know i have drunk one.
