   Let me start this off by saying our server, Gayle, was absolutely amazing and this review is not a reflection on her. This was the worst “fine dining” experience I’ve ever had. It started with my reservation check-in. The reservation was for 6:30 and we checked in at 6:25. We were told that they were behind so it would a bit before our table was ready. How long? They couldn’t say. We were seated 30mins after my reservation. Had I wanted a 7:00 reservation, I would have made a 7:00 reservation. Once we are seated, we’re told they are out of the ribeye. They one entree I came for. How are you out what I would consider a staple for the restaurant. The we did get was good. I didn’t want anything else from the menu so ended up with a salad and macaroni and cheese. Luckily my wife was pleased with her meal. This was the first and last time dining here. Completely unacceptable, in my opinion.

   Me and my wife went in with really high expectations and were extremely let down! My wife asked for her burger medium well as did I and both were burnt to the point of almost being inedible! So my wife also asked for her burger not to come with tomatoes and it came with tomatoes on it. The thing that got me was the waiter when he came to give us the check he clearly saw we didn't finish half our food and he never asked if there was a problem or anything just said thank you have a nice day. I've had better burgers made from Walmart hamburger! My wife had been looking forward to this for a long time she's a huge Gordon Ramsey fan but this has really made her sad. Gordon you need to spend some time in your restaurant because this was completely unacceptable and the only reason we didn't make a complaint is because we just wanted out of there. And the music is entirely too loud I have to yell over the music to speak to my wife so Gordon if you see this you need to make a visit to your restaurant because somebody in that kitchen has lost their passion for sure. Won't be back unfortunately😔

   Risotto was so good! Wasn’t super excited for the sticky toffee pudding but it genuinely was so good.

   This is the 3rd location of Gordon Ramsey’s that I have been to for Hell’s Kitchen. The place did not disappoint. The food was so good and the ambiance was amazing! Will definitely be back the next time I am in DC.

   Very nice establishment. Very respectfully staff. Cleanliness as expected. Considering this a Gordan Ramsay spot, and what I've experienced in the past. Food wast exceptional, and what I've come to expect

   The experience is one of a kind. Our favorite waiter is Jack. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our meal. Will come back again.

   Me and my husband came here for Valentines Day and we were very pleased! Being HK fans, this was very exciting for us to experience and the ambiance was just what we were epxecting. The food was delicious, but a bit overpriced and though we had a reservation, we waited for over 35 minutes to be seated. However, we were given a free glass of wine for the wait so I thought that was a nice touch! Overall, very happy with this dining experience!

    - PARKING: ⭐️ - AMBIANCE/DECOR: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - STAFF/CUSTOMER SERVICE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - NOISE LEVEL: ⭐️ - FOOD: ⭐️⭐️ - PRICE: ⭐️ Tif and I celebrated Valentine’s Day here, and were excited to go. We’ve been trying to secure reservations for a while and 5pm was a good time for us. I had to park underground and pay $23 so whatever- the Wharf is always goong to be crazy. The ambiance and decor was nice, but they seated us right at the kitchen and that was shocking at first. The staff was amazing- our server, David was really cool, and the manager and I had a great conversation about sneakers. 😆 The music was loud, and the yelling took some getting used to (we don’t watch the show so we had no idea what to expect). We started with seared scallops, baked meatballs and a Caesar salad (it was ok). Tif got the bronzino and I got the chilean seabass (I can make them better). The brussels sprouts and lobster mac & cheese as our sides were good. The lemon/blueberry cheesecake & sticky toffee pudding were 🔥. Was it all worth $400? Absolutely not, but hey- it’s an experience and we had a great time together. We definitely paid for the GR name vs. the quality of food. Can’t say I would ever go back. 🤷🏾‍♂️ OVERALL: ⭐️⭐️💫 (2.5 stars)
