   I had high expectations for a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. I ordered the truffle burger with truffle cheese fries, and while the burger itself was decent (7/10), the fries were a letdown. It was clear they were frozen, the truffle cheese was barely noticeable, and the flavor was underwhelming. For a restaurant of this caliber, I was expecting a more elevated experience. Overall, it was not the 'wow' moment I anticipated.

   This was the superb combined with the weird. The burgers we had were amazing. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and given Vegas where anywhere you sit down in a hotel it’s going to be a fortune, the value was OK. The wait staff was very courteous and attentive. Here is the weird part. So the burgers come with fries. I was going to order onion rings as an appetizer, but I noticed you can add them to your burger in place of fries for an up charge, which was perfect. When the burger came out the staff Informed me they had to run downstairs to get more onion rings and there would be about a 10 minute delay if I was willing to wait. I thought OK, weird, but I’ll wait. About five minutes later, they informed me they couldn’t find onion rings anywhere, but they brought me fries and as a courtesy remove the up charge for the onion rings. As a courtesy? What restaurant that specializes only in burgers runs out of onion rings at 5 o’clock in the afternoon? Weird right? Anyway, otherwise the staff could not have been nicer and the food we did have was delicious. Five stars except for a burger place not able to count for onion rings.

   Still had to wait even though we had booked. Burger excellent but pricey, fries mediocre. Service was excellent. Still a $100+ meal for 2

   Hostess didn’t seem to want to be there. No sense of urgency or care. Music was so loud, couldn’t even hear ourselves talk at the table. I mentioned that we were there celebrating a birthday during my reservation, and nobody at the restaurant acknowledged the birthday. Super disappointed with that.

   First time trying and I got the Hell’s Kitchen burger and it was amazing flavor and everything was so delicious and Ben the fries! I would dine in again.

   The burger was overcooked. That may have been my fault since I ordered medium cook but the burger came out med well to well. The bun was nothing notable. I expected a house made bun but this was not and it tasted stale. The “just fries “ were cold and stale as well- like they sat under a warmer light for the last 2 hours. Quite unexpected for a$35 Gordon Ramsay burger. I’ve had much better many times

    Was not that great. Was definitely not worth the price. My son who loves hamburgers from many different places thought his was ok. I had the Stout burger which was just ok.
