Everything was as expected - fabulous! Bucket list for me to eat at a Chef Ramsay restaurant. We shared the blue cheeseburger with onion rings (slightly greasy but still crunchy) and the southwest burger with truffle fries. Delicious! The “blonde” version of the Bloody Mary was perfectly spicy and tasty. Lots of good beer options for my friend. A slight tick down for the $140 tab for a burger lunch, but to be expected at a famous chef’s restaurant in Vegas. Would go again and try other menu items if we were here longer.

When two 16 oz Coors Lights is half your bill when you had two burgers and an order of wings - there is a lot of gouging going on! Meal was $112 for two burgers, wings and two Coors Lights with the Coors Lights being close to half the bill! Shameful on the alcohol pricing.
