   The ambience was great, we had friendly service and delicious food. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and seasoned well - no way these burgers were put on a grill frozen. We also enjoyed the simple but delicious fries and parmesan-garlic wings. We had very high expectations and they were met. I wonder about the sincerity of some of the reviews online. We were very impressed with service and food on a very busy night with a game in town.

   Extremely slow service, after sitting at our table for 20 minutes we finally had to ask the host for a waitress. Burgers were cooked medium even though we requested medium rare. French fries and onion rings were delivered to our table after we had our other food. The faucet water in the bathroom was freezing, almost too cold to wash all the soap off our hands. We will not be back.

   The burger was frozen! It's was not what I expected at all. When I think of Gordon Ramsay I think of high quality. This was not.

   Third time dining in this restaurant. Great service. Food is tasty, chicken wings are flavorful and juicy, burgers are delicious as well.

   I was extremely disappointed when we found out that the information listed on the menu was incorrect. It stated that the French fries were V (vegetarian). Since the menu also included a vegetarian burger, my husband and I made reservations for dinner. We were extremely upset when our waitress told us (after we double checked) that animal based products were also cooked in the same oil as the French fries making it impossible for my husband to eat. Shame on Gordon Ramsey! How does a professional chef not know what a vegetarian is! Unfortunately, our reservation was made for a 6:00 Saturday night dinner in Boston. We were unable to find another restaurant that had any available reservations, so we stayed and had a partial meal. The menu needs to be corrected. I can’t imagine how many people have gotten sick because they couldn’t digest the animal fat content in the food.

   We both had burgers, one cost $17.50 and the other cost $20. They don’t come with any sides so we added fries ($6) and onion rings ($12). Each side is ample for one person though the onion rings consisted of only four thick rings. Wine offerings are limited. We went on a Saturday night around 6:30 and the place had no energy. Our server, Izzy, was friendly and attentive. Though the burgers were good, especially the rolls, they weren’t special enough for us to make a return trip.

   Our waiter was friendly and helpful. He recommended the burger of the month and it was devine. A memorable experience…one of the best burgers I have ever had.

    Burgers and onion rings were good. Clam chowder, vegan burger were not. Disappointing the restaurant is in name only. Nothing Gordon Ramsey. We took an 84 year birthday girl who loves him. We expected something with his likeness for a photo. Wasn’t what we expected. Nice to go once.
