GŎNG, the highest hotel bar in Western Europe is perfect for sunset cocktails and late-night drinks. The bar offers 3 lofted areas for guests to relax and soak in the cityscape including unrivaled views of Tower Bridge.
Uncomplicated and seamless, the bar’s first-class service ensures the ultimate escape from the city’s bustle. Sample one of the delicate, signature cocktails or indulge in a rare, vintage champagne with signature sushi and Asian dishes. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older after 5:30pm.

Window seats are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that there is a £30 minimum spend per person applicable to all guests over the age of 18. All bar reservations will be seated either in Champagne Bar, Cocktail Bar or Sky Pool.
Please note that the Kitchen closes at 22:30 Sunday to Thursday, and 23:30 Friday and Saturday. We currently do not accept OpenTable dining cheques.

    Eine sehr feine Bar mit top Aussicht. Leider ist die policy mit 1,5 Stunden Reservierung bei den Fensterplätzen etwas zu kurz (bemessen). Sollte ich wieder hier sein, dann gerne wieder.

    We stay at the Hotel every year, so it’s a must do. The views are amazing anytime of the year . Over all 5 star to everything about this place staff, food, drink and atmospheres . Will be back next year 🎉

    My partner and I visited for our anniversary. Lovely views of London as we were lucky to have a window seat. Cocktail was good quality. However unfortunately we were only served for 1 drink and sat for 30 minutes with no further service (we were sat in the corner so think we were forgotten about). By this point the time of our reservation came to an end. Staff were very apologetic and friendly. Just a shame we didn’t have the experience we thought we would have at a higher end establishment.

    Amazing venue, very comfortable, food was great and drinks were fab. The attention from staff to provide drinks was lower than expectations although they were very lovely and moved us to a window seat as soon as they could. The cost of being in GONG i would have expected the service to be much faster

    They charged £300 (including service charge) for a window seat, cheap bottle of champagne, 2 mediocre sushi platters and a few mochis. It’s grossly over priced even for London standards, and the food tasted like it had been bought in the super market. This falls just short of robbery
