   Our meals were delicious, but our server spoiled our first visit to Golden Rule by rushing us thru each and every step of the process. We were not sure if he was being pressured to "flip" our table or what, but it spoiled our evening. And somehow, even though I put in the reservation request that we were there to celebrate a birthday, none of that was passed to the server and so we opted to leave after dinner and enjoyed a birthday dessert elsewhere on the Georgetown Square.

   Went here with a friend for a birthday brunch, and unfortunately the terrible service put a damper on the entire visit. We had to get up and go to the bar to ask for water and coffee refills multiple times, and ask other staff to try to help us find our server who would disappear for long stretches of time so we could order and ask for the check. Hopefully service isn’t always like this, as the food was decent and the place is super cute, but given the service this wasn’t worth the visit IMO.

   We didn't know what to expect. We had a reservation on the patio on a hot summer evening. It was also our 33rd anniversary. I don't think the seating agent ever reads notes like special occasions. But we were sat and got service. But what was annoying was the amount of people vaping around us--at least three tables in this really cute/nice patio. The food was fine--not very large portions. We had two appetizers and thought we would split the burger and for a double meat burger, there just wasn't much to it, much less toppings... it was good, but just not much to it. We also had a couple of drinks from the menu. They were refreshing and good. Overall, it was comfortable, temperature wise. Service could have been little more personable.

   We sat outside…Best outside dining patio in Grorgetown! There are some dishes on the menu you don’t see too often, no run of the mill. We had lobster creole and waygu beef stroganoff.. delicious! Nice waiter and cocktails.

   Wonderful dinner date! We were seated in a quiet room but had the option to sit in the really fun and lively bar area. Our food, drinks and the service were all top notch. Most definitely will be back!

   Great food! Outdoors was awesome. Ran out of Cantonese Riblets (so good), but the elk smash burger was incredible!

   Had a very good brunch. Not many menu items to chise fron but the three dishes we ordered where all very good. Service was good and timely. I would recommend this establishment to a friend.

   Awesome spot right off the most beautiful square in Texas. We had the chicken fried chicken, redfish and a creamy pasta pork dish. All were delicious.

    The food and atmosphere were excellent, but the service felt a bit off. While the staff was quick, their focus seemed more on the tasks at hand than on the customers. I would recommend as the price for lunch was very reasonable.
