   We were seated promptly. Our order was taken immediately. We received our sodas promptly. We waited one solid hour and never got our food. The server came over once and said he would and check on the order. He never returned. AT the one hour mark I asked the hostess what we owed for the two sodas. She said nothing. We put $5 on the table and walked out. We were attending a show at the Paramount and did not want to be late.

   We went to Gleason's for an early dinner before a show at the Paramount Theatre. Most of the patrons at that time were doing the same. The restaurant was nearly full. It's definitely very convenient and we have gone there before for the same reason. The food was good as always and we would return. For our party of four, three of us had pizzas and one had a burger. There was also a good selection of beers and one cider on tap. However, the service was very slow. We waited almost 45 minutes for our food order. We couldn't get an update from the waiter on the status. Perhaps the kitchen was backed up because of all of the customers at that time. It would have helped if we were told about the delay.

   We were dining before going to the concert at the Paramount. We waited over an hour for the food to arrive which didn’t give us any time to eat it! The manager was apologetic and gave us a discount but it was not an enjoyable experience. They should be more prepared for the pre-concert crowd!

   Wonderful evening - Bands were terrific!! had creative cocktails and pizzas too enjoyed all. Our server Michael was wonderful made us feel so welcomed nbut honestly- entire staff very friendly > will defiantly return more often

   We had a reservation and arrived on time. The appetizer came out fairly quickly and was very good. However, 55 mins after we sat down our entrees still were not out. When I inquired how much longer it would be the waiter brought out the 1 order, the pizza and said they were going to start preparing my salmon entree now. I had them cancel it and took the pizza to go since we had tickets to show at Paramount theatre. Very disappointing experience. The waiter could not have been nicer and was very apologetic. It was certainly not his fault.

   Friendly staff/servers. Great menu selections. Only issue was we began with a yummy shared salad, then waited 55 minutes after that for our meal to be served( sliders, sandwiches & burger) ? Extreme

   I am giving this feedback after two bad experiences. This place has declined after moving to the new spot. They subbed burrata with mozzarella without telling me and the pizza was on a pool of oil, it was gross. There were many other mishaps on the table, with food, timing, service and would be too long for this post. Never going back again.

    Wonderful experience, there were seven of us getting a light supper before seeing an 8:00 show at the Paramount Theater. I made reservations a week early just to be sure to get them. We started with apps to share…the Mac and cheese as well as the calamari were both excellent. We then shared several pizzas and they also did not disappoint . A few of us had cocktails which were well made and the wait staff was quick, attentive and professional. All in all, it was a great experience and I look forward to my next visit. My only concern (and it has nothing to do with the restaurant), is parking… or lack of. The lot on the other side of the theater is limited and street parking is hit or miss. Give yourself time to park if you make reservations or have tickets to a show.
