   We had our seating available on our desired time with our menus ready to browse what we would like to order .After placing our orders at the counter it was very prompt getting our starters & mains arrived just as we would have liked making timing perfect.

   The food was bland, a “steak” pie was actually tasteless mince. The calzone was only edible in the middle, the sides were so hard they were inedible. The fish and chips were mediocre and all went cold immediately as the air conditioning over our window seats was very cold. The worst meal ever at our local RSL.

   My experience at your club was marred by the lack of non alcoholic wine. I found this to be astonishing in such a large popular club. Visits to smaller clubs, such as Long Reef Golf Club and Manly Skiff Club met our requirements with several options. A five star overall rating from me if this failing could be rectified.

   We had been sitting down for 20+ minutes after ordering only to be told one of the mains ‘Lamb rump’ we ordered was not available and would have to wait for over an hour to get the meat in and cook it. We waited around 45 minutes for our mains to arrive after selecting an alternative. Vegetables was a scoop of shrivelled peas and, 1/2 of dutch carrot which was almost unrecognisable and Mashed potatoes. Of the six mains ordered I couldn’t say any of them were very appetising and generally of poor quality. I think the other meals were just being kept warm whilst the alternative meat was being cooked. Definitely will not be going back.

   From Reception to dessert, the service was fabulous. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious. This was our second visit and we will definitely return for Sunday lunch.

   We were treated taken to a nice table. Given a menu and were told what we had to do. The lady was very helpful . What ever we asked for she gave us . She also explained a few things on the menu for us . All the staff were very helpful.

   The restaurant was full as there was a show on that night. Knowing it would be busy, we booked for an early dinner before the show. Most of our meals come out within a reasonable timeframe, whereas one didn't turn up until we asked where it was. Same thing with our desserts. The lovely lady who manages the restaurant was run off her feet as were all the staff. It would be great if management would staff up on nights like this. Unfortunately the club has lost its appeal as there’s no ambiance. We only visit when there’s a show. It’s so quiet unlike another local RSL club on the beaches.

   Nice place for large family gatherings the service is very good and the staff are nice and friendly food was very nice and the price is affordable

    We had a lovely night. Your wait staff and drinks attendant did the most amazing job. We dined during a storm and these guys, (and girl), were absolutely incredible. We felt guilty as it was pouring down with rain and stormy and they did everything possible to ensure we had a great time, food arrived hot and they were trying to shelter it from the rain. Drinks attendant ensured we never ran empty. Please give these guys, (& girl), a bonus as they gave outstanding, above and beyond service.
