Ireland inspires us at Glas. We source the best local produce to produce an innovative and delicious menu with vegetables as the star. Glas is about exciting, eclectic flavours, complemented by a carefully curated menu of wines and cocktails.
Children are welcome for lunch, but children under 10 are not catered for after 5.00 pm.

    The Mushroom main was delicious, the restaurant was warm and cosy, a welcome relief from the November cold, beautiful decor and helpful staff. I've been twice and look forward to going again

    Absolutely stunning food that reminds you of how wonderful it is to be able to taste. Incredibly well thought out dishes, amazing deal on the early bird, and all around it was a delight to be there, the service was amazing. My new favourite restaurant in the world!

    I had another amazing meal here with my partner for her birthday. I didn't think it was possible but the food was even better than last time. Every dish and element had something new to discover :D A must for any veggy or of course anyone who loves great food! 12/10 !!

    A lovely place to have brunch. Food presentation was very good and all gluten-free. Service was a little slow, but professional Overall the dining experience was very enjoyable. Plan to return in the near future to try the dinner menu.

    Excellent selection of vegan options, beautifully prepared and delicious. Service was friendly, professional and well informed. Each dish was explained when delivered to the table. A great visit.

    This is one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. The food was excellent, fantastic choices and flavours that were out of this world. Beautiful rich tastes, every bite layered. A party for the taste buds. As a coeliac I have been extremely disappointed with the restaurant experiences in Dublin, but I think I just found my favourite restaurant last night. The service was brilliant, this was a birthday dinner and we were treated to a free glass of Prosecco on arrival and a mini birthday cake with candle at the end of the meal. The staff was friendly, informative and we were never left waiting. I will be coming back for years to come!

    Glas always has such a creative menu with incredible flavours. So nice to have a fully gluten free menu and not have to worry about what to order as a celiac! The ambiance was lovely - we were seated in a nice quiet corner which worked perfectly for my grandad to be able to hear. Really great experience overall!
