loved loved loved everything about Gjelina. we sat at the bar upstairs. service , food , wine list was all impeccable. affordable too.

We had an amazing first experience from front to back. The space is beautiful, the service was outstanding (shoutout to Dominque & Phil!), and food was as great as I remember from the Venice location. I can’t wait to go back!

The meal was fantastic. Waiter was attentive and helpful. The manager/host came over after to asked how we liked everything, how we heard about them, anything we didn’t like (nothing). Highly recommend dining here

I love gjelina in Venice. The atmosphere in NY is even better, especially upstairs. So lovely. The service was attentive and helpful. But unfortunately the food was very salty. I had the pasta, and the texture was perfect, but it was overly salted. As I was leaving, I saw someone with a pizza, and I wished I'd done that instead. Next time! And there will definitely be a next time.
