   We always try to get into Ginger & Fork when we're in Houston - always good to see Mary and Marc Anthony who are very welcoming and create a great dining experience. Food was amazing as always and the cocktails were perfect!

   Love this restaurant! The food is outstanding and the craft cocktails are excellent and very interesting. Mary and Mark are the perfect hosts. Friendly waitstaff with Mary and Mark overseeing to each and every customer.

   Having been customers at Ginger and Fork for a couple of years now, I can confidently say it’s a standout in the world of Cantonese cuisine! Owners Mary and Mark, along with their amazing daughter Tammy, go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and appreciated. Their commitment to exceptional service truly enhances the dining experience. I’ve celebrated my birthday here twice, and both times have been memorable! The food is bursting with flavor and authenticity—a refreshing change from typical fast-food Cantonese dishes. Each meal is prepared with fresh ingredients and showcases true Chinese culinary traditions. I’m always blown away by the quality and taste! If you’re looking for fine dining that honors Cantonese cuisine, I highly recommend Ginger and Fork. Thank you, Mary, Mark, and Tammy, for continually providing such a delightful experience.    Enjoyed our Valentines Day at a new restaurant.l First time diners at Ginger and Fork. Will not be our last. Soup dumplings and duck bao were outstanding, So many entrees we tempting but decides on pineapple shrimp and spicy chicken. Both wonderful. Don't forget the asian pear bread pudding. Out of this world!
